I'm Riddhika Khoosal, and I'm passionate about shaping the future of work.

I'm an expert in the science of high performance and am devoted to building cultures that bring out the best in humanity. I'm a nerd when it comes to the business and self-help sections of the book shop, and my obsession is teaching others how to harness their full potential in every area of their life.

I've helped thousands of leaders from across the globe work smarter and live more, and have run programmes for some of the world's largest organisations.

My work draws deeply on neuroscience, psychology, physiology, coaching methodologies and perennial philosophy to solve human performance challenges. Bringing together a combination of consultancy, training, facilitation, individual coaching, group coaching and team coaching, I work with you to design the best solution for you. I work independently and team up with trusted partners, giving me the agility to work with a wide range of L&D budgets.

I believe we need to take a more holistic approach to leadership development, where we support leaders in cultivating both their internal landscape (understanding themselves more deeply and building their individual capacity) and their external landscape (understanding the world they're living in, their personal impact and building collective capability). In other words, combining the personal and professional development agendas in service of growing the"human being".

This means offering ongoing individual and team coaching support in addition to intermittent training interventions so leaders and teams can shift mindset and embed behaviours in the context of the challenges they face in the day-to-day.
