She draws on her experience as an Organisational Consultant at The Energy Project, having designed and delivered culture change programmes for companies such as AXA Insurance, Clarivate Analytics, Conviviality, Eberspächer, Laing O'Rourke, Nestle, Pandora, Pfizer, Quilter, Rackspace, Royal London, Schneider Electric, Shell, Shelton Fleming, Sky, SMART Technologies, Table Tennis England, Trainline, University for the Creative Arts, UK Sport, Weetabix and Zurich Insurance.
Prior to working as a Coach and Consultant, Riddhika spent a decade in the corporate FMCG sector, working for blue-chip organisations such as Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, and LOréal. During this time, Riddhika was responsible for shaping brand plans, category strategy and product innovation across a variety of power brands including Listerine, Dove, Toni & Guy, Persil, Lynx, Rexona and Comfort. Her experience also extends across borders having lived and worked in Australia, India, and the United Kingdom.
Riddhika is a Professional Co-Active Coach trained by the ICF-accredited Coaches Training Institute and a certified NLP Practitioner and Coach awarded by NLP Co-Founder John Grinder. She is also a qualified Organisational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) and holds a Bachelor’s in International Business from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University.
